These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FasChin8 (the "Service"), operated by FasChin8 ("FasChin8", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FasChin8 is a content tool that lets you connect your own TikTok account and upload, configure, and publish videos to that account — including choosing each video's caption, privacy level, and interaction settings — or save them to your TikTok drafts. You act on your own behalf and on your own account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract. You must also meet TikTok's own eligibility requirements.
The Service uses TikTok's official APIs (including Login Kit and the Content Posting API). When you connect your account, you authorize FasChin8 to act only within the permissions (scopes) you grant, and only to provide the features you request. You can revoke this access at any time from your TikTok account settings.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, bypass security, reverse engineer it, or use it to exceed the rate limits or terms of any third-party platform, including TikTok.
You retain all rights to your own content. FasChin8 retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and trademarks. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property other than to use the Service as permitted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any post will succeed. TikTok is a third-party platform that may change or restrict its APIs at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FasChin8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke its access from your TikTok settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in Serbia.
