This Privacy Policy explains how FasChin8 ("FasChin8", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use FasChin8 (the "Service"). FasChin8 is the data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

We only access information that you explicitly authorize through TikTok, and only to provide the Service. Specifically, with your consent via TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API, we may access:

We also process minimal technical data (such as log timestamps and error information) needed to operate and secure the Service. We do not collect data from third parties about you, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

2. How we use your information

To authenticate you and maintain your session.
To let you prepare, configure, and publish videos to your own TikTok account with your chosen caption, privacy, and interaction settings.
To operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

3. Use of TikTok data

Information obtained through TikTok's APIs is used solely to provide the features you request, in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policies. We do not use TikTok data for any purpose unrelated to the Service, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to perform the action you requested (i.e. transmitting your content back to TikTok).

4. How we share information

We share information only:

With TikTok, to perform the actions you request (such as publishing your video).
With infrastructure/service providers that host or operate the Service on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. Access tokens are stored only while your account is connected; when you disconnect or request deletion, we delete the associated data. You can disconnect at any time from your TikTok settings.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure storage of access credentials and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you;
Request correction or deletion of your data;
Withdraw consent and revoke the Service's access to your TikTok account at any time;
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Request a copy of your data (portability).

To exercise any of these rights, email viperzaclaw@gmail.com. You can also revoke access immediately in your TikTok account under Settings → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions. Revoking access in TikTok stops all further data access by the Service.

8. Data deletion requests

To request deletion of all data associated with your account, email viperzaclaw@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion". We will delete your stored data and revoke stored tokens promptly.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. International transfers

We are based in the Republic of Serbia. If you access the Service from another country, your information may be processed in Serbia or other locations where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
